CAPITAL DAY & RALLY
SAVE THEIR HONOR!
OUR AMERICAN VETERAN OBSERVANCES DESERVE RESPECT
COME ONE COME ALL: Â SHOW UP TO SUPPORT OUR STATEWIDE PROTECTION BILL
When: Wednesday, October 11th - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Where: Downtown Tallahassee Capital Complex
What: Capital Day - Press Conference, Committee Meeting, Legislative Visits, Lunch
Who Should Attend: Veterans & their families, Historical Organizations, Descendancy groups of historical Veterans, patriotic Floridians and anyone and everyone concerned about the senseless attacks on veterans monuments, school names, street names, city names, county names, paintings and other observances in Florida. Please arrange a carful from your town - we want a great turnout to show the Florida legislature we've had ENOUGH!
Background: Floridians have watched in horror as vandals have desecrated and destroyed memorials to American veterans around Florida and the Nation, and as radical left-wing elected officials like Les Miller, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Mitch Landrieu have presided over the destruction of American History.
Many states have laws elevating veterans observances to a protected State asset, but Florida does not. Poll after poll shows that Floridians oppose disrespect and destruction of our Veterans' observances. It is time that Florida - a so-called pro-veterans state - enacts a protection bill as well.
