IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ATTENDEES OF CAPITAL DAYS:

A coach has been arranged to provide transportation for ALL ATTENDEES of the Capital Day Event (there is very limited parking at any of the venues) to and from our venues.
 

Meeting time:        9:15 a.m.
 

Meeting location:  1355 Apalachee Parkway (Wyndham Garden Hotel parking lot)
 

Departure time:     9:30 a.m. sharp
 

Return time:           Leave last location at 4 p.m. return to Wyndham Garden Hotel by 4:15.

We will make announcements on the coach about the day’s events.

ACOMMODATION INFORMATION FOR OUT OF TOWN ATTENDEES:

For those coming in Tuesday night and needing accommodations, we have checked with the following properties that have availability for Tues. and Wed night as of Sat morning 10/7/2017.   

 

All of these properties are less than 10 min. from the Coach Departure location (the Wyndham Garden), so please leave before 9 a.m. to arrive and park and load the coach.
