SOUTHERN HERITAGE GROUP REACTS TO LAKELAND ELECTION ANTI-VETERANS MEMORIAL CANDIDATE MALLESS LOSES RE-ELECTION BID
Lakeland - Yesterday's City of Lakeland election results send a resounding message to Anti-Veterans Memorial Candidates: "You need not apply to be on the Lakeland City Commission". Jim Malless, the most outspoken anti-memorial candidate in yesterday's election, was trounced in his re-election big. "The figures show he got about every voter who disrespects the memorial, with the rest of the votes split between pro-memorial candidates" said David McCallister, Save Southern Heritage FL spokesman. The other two top vote getting candidates either received an "A+" or a "B" rating from Save Southern Heritage FL. "This loss shows the intensity of this issue with voters, as well what side Lakelanders are on" McCallister said. "Voters in Lakeland, like others around the State have signaled in polls that they are sick and tired of the Anti-American, Anti-Veteran attacks by the radical left who are in league with Black Lives Matter, Anti-Fa, Indivisible, Occupy and the Socialist-Marxists who call everyone to the right of Michael Moore 'racists'" McCallister noted. This was the second opportunity for Florida voters to express their dissatisfaction with the radical "take down" agenda. The fist was in the House District 58 Special Election last month in neighboring Hillsborough County when Pro-Veterans Memorial candidate Lawrence McClure trounced noncommittal candidate Yvonne Fry in the open seat GOP primary". "This shows that voters are watching what candidates for office and elected officials do and say on this American core value issue" said Doug Guetzloe, President, Advantage Consultants, a statewide political consultant. "Voters around the, when given the opportunity, are saying 'enough is enough' and they are speaking loudly" concluded. McCallister. SAVE SOUTHERN HERITAGE Inc. is a not for profit corporation that educates & advocates on behalf of Southern Heritage & History. It was started in 2015 in response to the knee-jerk Anti-Southern institutionalized bullying and “Erase-ism” levied against the people of South Carolina by Governor Nikki Haley, after she broke all previous agreements about how South Carolina’s historical veterans and their symbols should be treated and respected. SSH FL does not condone racism and as such we do not support any group or person that does. We respect the rights and privileges of all as bestowed on them by their creator and expect those in our association to respect and treat others as they themselves would wish to be treated. The Florida branch was activated in mid-January 2016, in response to three initiatives in the Florida Legislature that are part of a hate campaign led by Anti-American extremists, who refuse to respect the various cultures that make up the fabric of Florida’s society. Since that time, it has grown in membership and has been active in Heritage battles throughout Florida including the “We'll Remember in November Campaign” that resulted in #heritagehater candidates to lose elections in Florida.
