KEEP OUR VETERANS CENOTAPH
Dead Putnam County veterans, for who this memorial is dedicated, were granted the same benefits as other American War Veterans by various Acts of Congress.
Censoring of history in public places just because it doesn't fit a certain agenda has to be stopped, and is a violation of free speech rights.

Our historic Cenotaph to dead Veterans should stay where it is and be protected from vandalism and destruction to protect them from being weaponized against us. This is the oldest military memorial in our county.

It is desecration of a memorial to the dead and sacrilegious to remove it.
Please sign the petition to let the Putnam Co. Commissioners and all government officials know that we want our memorials to remain and protected by County Ordinance from desecration..
